Hamiltonian Systems

The main objective of the Hamiltonian Systems subject is to endow the student with the fundamental tools of non-linear mechanics, with an intensive incorporation of geometrical methods in the dynamical systems studied. With a special emphasis on the application to the classic N-body problem, Celestial Mechanics and Astrodynamics. The methodology currently used is based on standard exposition in front of the blackboard, resolution of exercices, completion of a project and attendance to the JISD summer school https://www.crm.cat/jisd2024/
